In order to offer an up-to-date tool, MAR.T.E. supports and encourages the cooperation.
There are two different ways of participation:
By proposing the introduction of new Cards.
By modifying or increasing the Cards already in.
To take part into the cataloguing in MAR.T.E., you have to be in possession of a Password that you will get after your
Registration.
Introduction of new Cards
From the Starting page, choose Cataloguing. You'll get a screen page in which you have to fulfil some mandatory fields:
User Name and Password , complying with capital letters.
Name of the Printer, Publisher, etc. in a normalized form.
The first Keyword or, if they exist, the first ten types of the Motto, without spaces.
The dimensions of the Device, frame included, maximum height and breadth in millimetres.
The edition (Author, Title, Data of the publication area) from which comes the Device.
The Image File of the whole title page, which can be included by pressing the key on the right. The format is JPEG.
Modifying or Increasing already existing Cards.
By the function Query, you can search the database. When you get the results, you can press the key Modify. You'll have the possibility to correct or increase the existing data.
Insertions and modifications will be inputted in the database after having been checked.
